Brandy, the heart behind Administry, was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona alongside her mother and older sister. Though she didn’t grow up attending church or saying daily prayers, there was always a quiet curiosity in her heart. A deep wondering if there was a God who saw her, loved her, and had a purpose for her life despite the pain and choices of her past.

At 23, Brandy reached the lowest point in her life. Overwhelmed and without hope, she made a plan to end her life. But God, rich in mercy, intervened that very day. It was in that dark moment that the light of Jesus broke through. Since then, Brandy has spent over 15 years wholeheartedly pursuing a relationship with the God who rescued her. She is living proof that Jesus redeems, restores, and repurposes lives for His glory.

In 2023, the Lord placed a fresh calling on Brandy’s heart to be part of a church plant. As the Next Steps Director, she led with excellence, managing serve teams, coordinating operations, overseeing class registrations, planning events, and more. It was in the middle of this vibrant but high-pressure season of ministry that God gave her a new vision.

Brandy saw firsthand how administrative burdens could weigh down pastors and church leaders and pulling them away from the pulpit and the people. With over a decade of corporate experience in project management and operations, and a deep understanding of church life, Brandy realized she could do something about it.

That “something” became Administry! A Christ-centered solution to help churches operate with excellence behind the scenes, so leaders can focus on what matters most: shepherding people and preaching the Gospel.

Brandy’s mission is simple yet powerful: to help churches build strong administrative foundations that will carry them for decades, empowering them to reach more people with the life-transforming love of Jesus. Through Administry, she offers more than services, she offers support, strategy, and Spirit-led partnership to help ministries thrive.

Administry Values

Excellence

We represent the Lord by doing the best we can with what we have.
Colossians 3:23-24, Daniel 6:3, Exodus 31:1-11

Health

We remain healthy by prioritizing daily personal encounters with God, pursuing purity, putting family first, and protecting our sabbath so we can lead others in health.
Matthew 6:33, Proverbs 3:5-8

Holiness

We simply want to be like Jesus—holy, set apart unto God, and fully surrendered to the Refiner’s fire. We know the closer we get to Him, the more we become like Him. Holiness is found in the presence of God. Our heart’s cry is this: “Make me like You, Jesus! Make me holy!”
Romans 6:19, 1 Peter 1:15-16, Hebrews 12:14, Revelations 4:8, 2 Timothy 1:9, 1 Thessalonians 4:3-8

Stewardship

We manage Heaven’s resources for the Father’s business. The heart’s cry of a good steward is, “It will never be mine; it will always be Yours!” When given the choice between an ownership or employment mentality, we choose the third option—stewardship.
Matthew 25:14-30, 1 Kings 3:16-28, Psalms 24:1

Feedback

We believe healthy feedback is a 2 way street. We welcome opportunities to hear what is in your heart, and we commit to clarifying what is in ours.
Proverbs 1:5, Proverbs 19:20, James 1:19

Generosity

We don’t give to get. We give our time, treasure and talents from a heart of love with pure motives.
Acts 20:35, 1 Timothy 6:18-19, 2 Corinthians 9:7, Romans 13:8

Celebration

If you’re not having fun, you’re doing it wrong! We make time to celebrate the little wins that create a big victory.
Romans 15:5-7, 1 Thessalonians 5:16, Hebrews 10:24-25

What We Believe

Jesus Christ

Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, became fully human while remaining fully divine. Born of the virgin Mary through the Holy Spirit, he lived a sinless life, performed miracles, was crucified, rose from the dead, and ascended into heaven.

John 1:14 // Matthew 1:18 // 2 Corinthians 5:21 // 1 Timothy 2:5 // Matthew 28:18 // John 14:1–3

The Trinity

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three equally divine Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, who know, love, and glorify one another.

Deuteronomy 6:4 // Matthew 3:16–17 // Matthew 28:19 // 1 Peter 1:1–2 // John 10:29–30 // 2 Corinthians 13:14

The Church

God’s people, through the new covenant, are already united with Christ and share in his victory over sin and death. The universal church is expressed in local congregations, each under Christ’s headship, and serves as God’s household and the foundation of truth.

Ephesians 2:14-16, 19-22 // Matthew 28:18–20 // John 13:34
