What We Believe

Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, became fully human while remaining fully divine. Born of the virgin Mary through the Holy Spirit, he lived a sinless life, performed miracles, was crucified, rose from the dead, and ascended into heaven. As our Mediator, he reigns with God the Father and serves as our High Priest and Advocate. Through his life, death, and resurrection, he secured salvation and reconciliation with God for all who believe. Salvation is found in Christ alone, and no one can claim it by their own merit.

John 1:14 // Matthew 1:18 // 2 Corinthians 5:21 // 1 Timothy 2:5 // Matthew 28:18 // John 14:1–3

Jesus Christ

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three equally divine Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, who know, love, and glorify one another. This one true and living God is infinitely perfect both in his love and in his holiness. He is the Creator of all things, visible and invisible, and is therefore worthy to receive all glory and adoration. Immortal and eternal, he perfectly and exhaustively knows the end from the beginning, sustains and sovereignly rules over all things, and providentially brings about his eternal good purposes to redeem a people for himself and restore his fallen creation, to the praise of his glorious grace.

Deuteronomy 6:4 // Matthew 3:16–17 // Matthew 28:19 // 1 Peter 1:1–2 // John 10:29–30 // 2 Corinthians 13:14

The Trinity

God’s people, through the new covenant, are already united with Christ and share in his victory over sin and death. The universal church is expressed in local congregations, each under Christ’s headship, and serves as God’s household and the foundation of truth. The church is marked by the gospel, its mission, love, and commitment to God and others. Through Christ, peace has been made not only with God but also among formerly divided peoples, forming one new humanity. The church is a visible sign of God’s kingdom, a dwelling place of the Spirit, and a witness to God’s redemptive work in the world.

Ephesians 2:14-16, 19-22 // Matthew 28:18–20 // John 13:34

The Church

Salvation is secured by Jesus and revealed throughout Scripture, is applied to believers by the Holy Spirit. Sent by the Father and the Son, the Spirit glorifies Christ, convicts the world, and gives new life, leading sinners to repentance and faith. Through the Spirit, believers are united with Christ, justified by grace through faith, and adopted into God’s family. He renews, sanctifies, and equips them with spiritual gifts, dwelling within them as the guarantee of their inheritance and empowering them for godly living and service.

Ezekiel 36:25–27 // John 14:16–17 // 1 Corinthians 12:1–11

The Holy Spirit

God created human beings, male and female, in His image to reflect His character and steward creation. Adam and Eve were made to live in fellowship with God and care for His world. Both men and women are equal in value and access to God through Christ and are called to meaningful roles in family, church, and society. While equal, they are designed to complement one another in distinct and mutually enriching ways.

Genesis 1:27–28 // Genesis 2:18–23 // 1 Corinthians 11:11–12

Humanity

The glorious return of Jesus Christ will come as the Judge to establish His kingdom fully. At His return, both the just and unjust will be raised—those who rejected Him to eternal punishment, and believers to eternal joy in God’s presence in the new heaven and new earth. All evil, brokenness, and injustice will be removed, and creation will be renewed in Christ. The church will be presented blameless before God, and all things will reflect the glory of his grace as his people rejoice in his holiness forever.

Revelation 19:11–16 // Revelation 21:1–5 // Ephesians 1:9–10 // Luke 12:4–5

Meet Our Founder

Brandy, the heart behind Administry, was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona alongside her mother and older sister. Though she didn’t grow up attending church or saying daily prayers, there was always a quiet curiosity in her heart—a deep wondering if there was a God who saw her, loved her, and had a purpose for her life despite the pain and choices of her past.

At 23, Brandy reached the lowest point in her life. Overwhelmed and without hope, she made a plan to end her life. But God, rich in mercy, intervened that very day. It was in that dark moment that the light of Jesus broke through. Since then, Brandy has spent over 15 years wholeheartedly pursuing a relationship with the God who rescued her. She is living proof that Jesus redeems, restores, and repurposes lives for His glory.

In 2023, the Lord placed a fresh calling on Brandy’s heart to be part of a church plant. As the Next Steps Director, she led with excellence—managing serve teams, coordinating operations, overseeing class registrations, planning events, and more. It was in the middle of this vibrant but high-pressure season of ministry that God gave her a new vision.

Brandy saw firsthand how administrative burdens could weigh down pastors and church leaders—pulling them away from the pulpit and the people. With over a decade of corporate experience in project management and operations, and a deep understanding of church life, Brandy realized she could do something about it.

That “something” became Administry—a Christ-centered solution to help churches operate with excellence behind the scenes, so leaders can focus on what matters most: shepherding people and preaching the Gospel.

Brandy’s mission is simple yet powerful: to help churches build strong administrative foundations that will carry them for decades, empowering them to reach more people with the life-transforming love of Jesus. Through Administry, she offers more than services—she offers support, strategy, and Spirit-led partnership to help ministries thrive.
